With more than 1,500 patents and a passion for making everyday spaces more livable, they continue to reinvent how people organize and enjoy their outdoor environments. We were brought on to elevate their advertising, strengthen their creative impact, and bring sharper strategy and storytelling to their digital marketing.

Challenge

Keter’s advertising needed a creative and strategic refresh. Their email campaigns, while functional, didn’t reflect the thoughtful design or premium quality of their products. We wanted to transform their emails into beautifully crafted, highly engaging pieces of communication that could inspire customers instantly — because email marketing is a craft, and you only have a moment to capture attention.

We also needed to establish a cleaner, more elevated visual language that relied less on dense text and more on compelling imagery, clear messaging, and intuitive layouts. Beyond design, everything had to be engineered into Salesforce so templates worked across devices, systems, and dark mode — backed by a streamlined project-management process ensuring accuracy, quality control, and perfect timing for customer buying cycles.

At the same time, we expanded into paid social advertising. This required building precise audience targets, leveraging top-tier Meta ad products, aligning tightly with their creative team, and maintaining a thoughtful spend strategy that optimized performance. The challenge was to improve results across the entire funnel while scaling intelligently and sustainably.

Solution

We reinvented their email marketing from the ground up

We began by reimagining how Keter communicated visually. Each email was redesigned to reflect the craftsmanship behind their products — clean layouts, elevated photography, clear hierarchy, and messaging that moved quickly and decisively. The new designs showcased their outdoor storage and furniture the way premium brands should be showcased: inspired, functional, and beautiful.

From there, we built a robust email system within Salesforce, ensuring every template was pixel-perfect across mobile and desktop, light mode and dark mode, iOS and Android. We implemented a disciplined workflow that included review checkpoints, QA, proofing, and coordinated scheduling. Each campaign became a carefully crafted moment that matched customer intent and buying behavior.

Solution

We scaled their paid social presence with full-funnel precision

On paid social, we established the strategic framework needed to grow intelligently. We refined audience segmentation, built structured campaign tiers, and leaned into Meta’s strongest ad formats to drive upper-funnel awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and lower-funnel conversions. We worked closely with Keter’s internal creative team to continually refresh assets, using the best-performing imagery and video to keep performance high and fatigue low.

We optimized budgets to stretch every advertising dollar as far as possible. Prospecting touched the right audiences at the right moments, and retargeting folded customers back into the funnel until they converted — all while maintaining a steady cadence of learnings and refinements. The result was a full-funnel ecosystem that outperformed expectations.

Results

An 8X overall ROAS — and an industry-leading 14X ROAS in prospecting

The numbers were extraordinary. Keter saw an 8× overall return on ad spend across their entire marketing funnel. Even more impressive: our prospecting efforts delivered a remarkable 14× ROAS — meaning for every dollar Keter spent reaching new customers, we returned $14 in eCommerce revenue. The creative uplift, clean design system, and strategic media execution worked in unison to transform performance and elevate the brand’s advertising across every channel.
